The process begins with the customer providing the manufacturer with a detailed specification sheet. This includes details such as wall and base, door frame, front frame, cabinet interior, hinges, connectors, shelves, drawer box, and more. The customer and manufacturer then work together to finalize a design, which may include 3D renderings and production-ready drawings.
Material Selection
The customer specifies the materials to be used in the construction of the cabinets. This can range from various types of wood to other materials like stainless steel. The hardware brand, countertop material, and kitchen fittings are also chosen at this stage.
Production
After the customer approves the design and pays a deposit, the order is placed directly to the factory. The manufacturing process then begins, which can take anywhere from 70 to 90 days depending on the size and material of the order, and the factory's production schedule.
Quality Control
Quality control is an important part of the OEM process. It aims to ensure that all cabinets are easily fitted and reduces the probability of errors during installation.
Delivery
Once the cabinets are manufactured, they are shipped to the customer. The shipping details are negotiated between the supplier and the customer.
After-sales service
typically includes warranties for products and materials, as well as assistance with any issues that may arise after the sale. Offer 100% inspection for quality control, ensuring that the cabinets meet the necessary standards.
